| Will the product differ in colour or quality from that shown on screen? |
Every effort has been made to ensure that the jewellery and their descriptions are accurately described on our website. The images are as close to the actual product as possible, therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser software or computer system.
As pearls and semi-precious stones are natural products, slight variations in colour and size may occur. This only adds to the beauty and makes every piece unique. On occasion it is possible that we may slightly change a piece, as stones are subject to availability. |

| Is there any guarantee? |
| Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase, within normal wear and tear. However, items broken through no design or manufacturing fault (e.g. worn in water, swimming pools, put through the washing machine, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc) can be replaced at the customers expense. |

| What are the delivery options? |
UK orders over £25 have a standard delivery charge of £4.95. Goods are sent via Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the fastest and safest way to receive your order, as it is guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm next day. This service carries insurance and a tracking facility.
Orders of £24 and under can be sent via Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery (please see above) or at your own risk, via Royal Mail Standard 1st Class Recorded ‘Signed For’ service at a cost of £2.95. This service does not carry insurance nor does it have a tracking facility.
All deliveries require a signature.
We do not accept responsibility for delays or losses in the postal service.
We are happy to quote for delivery to overseas addresses.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specific destination. Any additional charges for customer clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. |

| How will I know that my order was accepted? |
| When you place an order to purchase a piece of jewellery we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. |

| How can I return or exchange items? |
If for any reason you are not happy with the jewellery that you have purchased, you may return the unworn goods to us in perfect condition, with all the tags and labels intact, within 14 days of invoice. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
Sadly, we cannot exchange or refund goods damaged by the customer (statutory rights not affected).
Please note that earrings (for reasons of hygiene), customized pieces and jewellery from the ‘treasure box’ cannot be returned.
Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The responsibility of returning the item will be yours. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please be advised that a refund may take up to 3 weeks.

All payment on our website will be made through PayPal, a registered and secure electronic payment system. PayPal accepts:
Should you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us on 020 8580 7884. Your goods will be dispatched 7 days later, to allow for payment to clear. |

| When will my I receive my order? |
In stock items are normally despatched within 48 hours. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and despatch the items as soon as possible. Payment will not be taken for your goods until they are ready for despatch.
Full valid post codes are required for every order, we will not send any order without one. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive. |

| How will my order be packaged? |
...Your jewellery will arrive in an aubergine coloured organza drawstring bag.
Please note: we will add small sterling silver butterflies for your earrings. Please use them. There is nothing more annoying than looking into the mirror and only seeing one earring! |
